Glad you’re ready for the next step. This guide walks you simply and directly through creating your Safina account. In a few minutes, your personal phone assistant is ready to go.
The goal is to get you to the point where you actually feel the benefits of Safina fast and without detours: more calm, better organization, and a more professional presence on the phone.

Step 1: Create your account
Sign-up is intentionally simple, so you don’t lose any time.
- Go to the sign-up page: Visit our website and click the button to register or start a free trial.
- Enter your details: All you need is your email address and a secure password.
- Confirm your email: We’ll send you a short confirmation email. One click on the link and your account is active.
That’s it. You can log in to the Safina app right away, either in your web browser or in the mobile app for iOS and Android.

Step 2: The initial setup
After your first login, an assistant walks you through the most important settings. These include, for example, the primary language and tonality Safina should use when speaking with your callers.

Your personal Safina number
Right at the start, you pick the country code for your exclusive Safina number. That’s the phone number you’ll later forward calls to and under which your AI assistant is reachable. At the moment we support Germany, Austria, the UK, Spain and South Africa, with more countries coming as we continue to expand internationally.
If the country code you’re after isn’t available yet, you can submit a registration request via safina.ai/help/personal. That’s not a guarantee we can add it immediately, but user requests strongly shape our rollout priorities.
Activating call forwarding
This is the decisive step to put Safina live. The app shows you the easiest path directly. Detailed guides are here:

We recommend activating forwarding straight away and making a test call from another phone. That way you experience Safina live, right away.

Pick your industry template
Now comes the most important step, the one that saves you a lot of work. At the end of onboarding you have a choice: start from scratch, or start directly with a field-tested template for your industry?
What are industry templates?
They are pre-built Safina configurations we’ve created, tailored to the typical concerns and processes in specific industries. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, you start right away with a proven system.
We offer templates for a wide range of areas, for example:
- Tradespeople
- Car dealerships
- Medical practices
- Studios & salons
- and many more.
What does a template include?
A template defines all the important conversation scenarios. The template for tradespeople, for instance, includes predefined flows for:
Scenario 1: Issue/emergency - Safina asks about the type of issue, urgency and any measures already taken.Scenario 2: Quote/estimate - Safina clarifies the requested service, scope and material details.Scenario 3: Booking an appointment - Safina asks about the reason for the appointment and preferred timing.
… and further scenarios for maintenance, consultation or general inquiries.
You simply pick the right template and your Safina instantly knows which information she needs to gather for the typical calls in your business. Of course, you can still refine and adjust every template later to fit your preferences.
Step 3: What now?
Congratulations! Your Safina account is set up and, thanks to the templates, even intelligently pre-configured for your industry. Every forwarded call is now answered professionally and purposefully from this moment on.
